HOW IT WORKS...

• We use a wide range of online and offline marketing strategies to bring in new jobs from different places. We advertise under the banner of the Lawn and Garden Professionals Group Australia.

• You tell us what kind of work you want, and where you want it.

• All of our advertising is set up for the customer to request a free quote via our website, where we will take care of the details and notify you via email, meaning you don't have to stop to answer the phone.

• You will receive an email with the customers details, the customer will be waiting for a call back. You must call the customer within 2 hours of receiving the email. We prefer to send you an email so you can call back when it's convenient within the 2-hour limit. But remember to call back ASAP for best results, conversion rates increase by at least 60% if you call within 15 minutes. (The longer you leave a customer hanging, the higher the chance they will call another business)

• Once you have received the email the rest is up to you, we hold no claims over the customer, we do not ask for a fee, and we do not ask for any percentage, the customer is 100% yours.

• We send each new job lead to one business only, so when you get the message you know that you have the customer's attention, and we are not making you compete on price with other businesses.

• Our marketing campaign is set up for long term results for your business, which means it can take us a while to get your business set up and get customers rolling in. But when they do start, they'll keep coming, so be ready, and they will most likely keep coming in after the end of the 6-month period. (Please allow 1-4 weeks to start seeing results)

• If you do not receive the amount of new job leads as promised, then you will receive a refund equivalent to the amount of leads as a percentage. For example, if you have purchased 60+ new leads but you only receive 30 leads within the 6 month period after your purchase, then we will refund you 50%, being that 30 leads is 50% in this case. On the other hand, if you receive more than 60 leads you will not be charged any extra.

• If you receive any complaints then we will ask that you rectify the situation as best you can, and as quickly as you can. If you are getting a large amount of complaints (1 in every 10 leads or more) then we reserve the right to cancel all further marketing and future leads, without a refund.

• To avoid complaints - Call back ASAP, the customer is waiting for your call, we have given them your name and told them you will call within two hours, most complaints come from not receiving a call on time. If you are planning on taking holidays,  or you are unable to get to the phone for an extended period of time then we ask that you email us the dates you will be away and returning so we can update it in the system. If you cannot contact the customer, leave them a text message and try to call back again later. If you are going to be late, let the customer know.
